2. Order Delivery Time: DPD - 3-5 days, Poczta Polska - 5 - 12 days (applies to European Union).

3. We reserve the right to postpone shipping of orders due to inclement weather, holidays, etc. The welfare of animals is of utmost importance to us.

4. Shipping outside the European Union is possible - in this case, please contact us by e-mail, then we will estimate the order individually and agree on shipping conditions.

5. It is possible to ship via aircargo to any place in the world - please write about it via e-mail.

6. We do not ship food insects overseas.

Shipping prices via Polish Post oscillate around 50 PLN. We send by Polish Post only to countries bordering Poland - Germany, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Lithuania.
