Will it arrive alive?

Is it legal to buy and keep?
Yes. Almoust all our animals are captive-bred, and CITES-listed species come with the appropriate documentation. (CITES Appendix II is not the same as EU Annex B — we handle the paperwork correctly for each species.)

Do you ship to my country?
We ship across the EU. Select your country at checkout to see availability and exact cost.

It's my first tarantula — which one should I get?
Start with a hardy, beginner-friendly species — or simply take our First Spider Kit, which pairs a good starter species with everything it needs. Our configurator can recommend one for you.

What size will I receive?
The size is stated on each listing in body length (BL). See Sizing & care basics for what the notation means.

What if it molts or won't eat after arrival?
Completely normal. A new spider often hides, fasts for a while, or goes into premolt soon after arriving. Give it quiet, fresh water, and time — don't feed during premolt.

How can I pay?
